Anatano Services was born out of a desire to help others. We are a consulting firm that provides services derived from Japanese values of dedication, perseverance, endurance, and perfection! We are a virtual assistant and consulting firm supporting entrepreneurs, non profits, and businesses. We specialize in streamlining operations, simplifying administration, and helping our clients build clarity and confidence in their systems.

Shion A - Founder & Manager

Shion founded Anatano Services to bring dependable, values-driven support to small businesses, non profits, and purpose-led entrepreneurs. Originally from Japan, she has lived in Thailand, France, Saudi Arabia, and now Canada - giving her a deep appreciation for cultural nuances and diverse lived experiences.

Her strong passion for social justice and human rights led her to pursure her Post Graduate degree in International Relations, and continues to shape how she shows up in her work. With over 15 years of experience in operations and administrative management - particularly in the non profit sector - Shion is known for her ability to bring order to chaos, spot gaps quickly, and create systems that empower her clients.

She finds the greatest reward in making a lasting impact on the people she works with, helping them reduce overwhelm, build capacity, and bring clarity to their day-to-day operations.

Hussam T - Director of Operations & Governance Consulting

Hussam is a Business Acquisition and Expansion leader with over 13 years of experience in Business Development and Ops Strategy. His coaching style leadership has helped him develop and lead teams through strategies for both for profit and non profit organizations. He works closely with CEOs and Senior Leaders to strategize and operationalize Change Management, new product development, new market expansion, negotiating complex asset acquisitions and due diligence, and raising capital from governments and investors.

Hussam is passionate about empowering entrepreneurs, building community, and helping others achieve balance. He excels at identifying key areas of focus that help leaders delegate with confidence and build sustainable systems. He helps clients scale with clarity, structure, and purpose.
